The Sandy Duck is a traditional Edwardian property set over three floors. While there is one beautiful kingsize room (Room One) located on the ground floor with high ceilings and a bay window, the majority of the guest rooms are accessed via the original staircase, and there is no lift on-site.
The house is situated on Pennance Road, which is relatively level compared to much of Falmouth, but guests with limited mobility are encouraged to contact the host directly to discuss the specific layout and suitability of Room One before booking.
