Parking in Sennen is a game of “top or bottom.” The most convenient spots are right by the sand, but they are premium and fill rapidly. The alternative is parking at the top of the cliffs and enjoying the spectacular walk down.

Do not attempt to park on the double yellow lines along the seafront road—traffic wardens patrol this area strictly, even on Sundays.

Our Top Picks

Save time by heading straight to the car park that matches your plans.

  • Best for Beach & Surf (The Main Hub): Sennen Beach Car Park. The large car park located at the bottom of the hill, right next to the beach cafe and surf school. It offers the easiest access to the waves.
  • Best for The Pub & Harbour: The Harbour Car Park. Located at the very end of the road, past the lifeboat station. It is smaller and tighter but offers incredible views and is close to the Old Success Inn.
  • Best for Walkers & Overflow: Sennen Top Car Park (Mayon). If the bottom is full, park in the large grassy overflow fields at the top of the hill. The walk down is steep but beautiful.

Beach & Harbour Parking

These car parks are at sea level. They are privately run and use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras, so ensure you pay immediately upon arrival.
