Parking in St Agnes requires a bit of strategy because the village and the beach are separated by a long, steep hill. If you park in the village, be prepared for a hike back up. If you drive to the cove, be prepared for limited spaces.

For most visitors, the best option is to park in the main village car park for shops, or use Reppers Coombe for the beach to save yourself the stress of the narrow lanes at the bottom.

Our Top Picks

Choose your spot based on whether you want to carry a surfboard or just grab a coffee.

  • Best for the Village & Shops: St Agnes Village Car Park (Trelawny Road). Central, large, and usually has free parking for the first hour (check signs).
  • Best for Trevaunance Cove: Reppers Coombe Car Park. The main option for the beach. It involves a short walk down, but it is much easier to access than the tiny car park at the bottom.
  • Best for Views & Walking: St Agnes Head. Perched high on the cliffs, this is the perfect starting point for the coastal path towards Wheal Coates.
