Cornwall is a long, narrow county with no motorways, so getting around is much easier when you know where the next fuel station, charger or train station is before you need it.

This page puts fuel stations, EV charging points and train stations on one map, so you can plan a route across the county in one place. Below the map are short lists of the Park & Ride sites, the two main service areas, the two airports with scheduled flights and the ferries, including the small foot ferries that are easy to miss on a car focused map.

Park & Ride

Leave the car on the edge of town and travel in, which saves time and parking stress in busy places during summer.

Service stations

Cornwall has no motorways, but the A30 and A38 have service areas that make useful break points on a long drive.

Airports

Flights serve Cornwall from Newquay, and the Isles of Scilly from Land’s End Airport.

Ferries

Vehicle ferries, foot passenger boats and the Scillonian to the Isles of Scilly all cross Cornwall’s rivers and estuaries. The foot ferries are easy to miss on a road map, but they can save a long drive around the water.
