We visited the Ugly Butterfly for afternoon tea back in February 2025.

Pictured above is the incredible afternoon tea at Ugly Butterfly. From the stunning art-on-a-plate presentation to the perfect sweet-to-savoury balance, this is easily the best afternoon tea we’ve found in the county.

The service was equally flawless, attentive, friendly, and polished.

The Cost: £50.00pp. It’s not a budget option, but for an experience this faultless, it is worth every penny.
